For the Farmhouse at Downhouse Farm
Be mindful of your neighbours. There is a property that adjoins the main farmhouse so please keep noise to an acceptable level.
Quiet hours are between 9pm and 9am.
The Farmhouse sleeps up to a maximum of 10 guests, including babies and infants in this number.
No smoking, including vaping and e-cigarettes, is permitted in the Farmhouse.
Fire risks including candles, tea lights, firepits, fireworks and lanterns are not permitted at the Property.
Drone and unmanned vehicles are not to be used on or from our site without permission.
Children under 18 years of age must be supervised by their parents/guardians at all times.
No visitors are allowed to stay at the Property. If you wish to invite additional visitors during your stay, please contact us.
We welcome up to two well behaved dogs , although they are not permitted upstairs or on any of the furniture.
Dogs must not be left alone in or at the property and any fouling must be cleared up.
For Granary Barn at Downhouse Farm
